Understanding Self Hypnosis

by adminhyp? on February 18, 2011

SELF HYPNOSISIt’s been some time that I actually posted valuable information about self-hypnosis. Believe it or not, it has been more than two years that I last did it. Between different things that we share on a daily basis is time. The amounts of time I have in my hands are same as that of yours and vice versa. Irrespective of how we use it, time will fly in its own style. No one can ever master it and give an excuse to gain it back.

Many often wonder what self-hypnosis is all about. Well, it is the ability to keep reminding yourself and offer suggestions that generally gets rejected by your common sense and conscious mind. Self-hypnosis, as many of us would agree, is beneficial to help us improve in different areas of life. Whether you want to lose weight effectively or sleep better, experience deep relaxation or pain relief, self-hypnosis can help you achieve all these and more.

There are different ways of learning hypnosis. While few of us understand it buy ourselves, others watch it being practiced by others and catch the nuances of it. However, it is a better option to pay visits to a nearby hypnotherapist to know clearly what it means to feel and achieve everything yourself. There are people who do not believe too much into hypnotism and its practicality. However, the truth is far from it. I firmly believe hypnotism is real and works wonderfully for us. Hence, there is no point in believing those people that oppose this practice widely. As mentioned earlier, you can always pay a visit to a hypnotherapist to help you understand how you can experience yourself after a brief initial session. You will certainly feel as if there are thousands of things you are capable of doing that you thought was impossible to do not so long ago!

Hypnosis certainly helps you experience wonderful thoughts, emotions and feelings. What’s more; you will feel it incredibly easily and with lots of power. You can look forward to adventures once you experience hypnosis by yourself. And more you get to know about hypnosis better you will get and better are the chances of getting benefits.

Fragile state is not self-hypnosis is all about. It can be experienced anywhere and at any time. Whether you are sited on a park branch or in a passenger car, at your desk or in a tube train, it is safe and comfortable to experience self-hypnosis. But as mentioned before, you need not listen to anyone who says self-hypnosis has to be carried out with you lying down, head over the pillow and covering yourself with your blanket. This concept is not correct at all.

All in all, it is perfectly safe to experience self-hypnosis. The natural and comfortable way of doing it will surely increase your good feelings, emotions and thoughts. If you get hold of it perfectly you can be in deep hypnotic state within half-a-minute! And this can happen anytime and anywhere.

Anxiety Attacks watch out for the early signs

by adminhyp? on February 14, 2011

What Are The Symptoms Of Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety attacks symptoms happen when the anxiety levels peak, providing the most excessive manifestations of the ‘fight or flight’ response. Anxiety attacks symptoms are all the side consequences of the anxiety reaction and Not necessarily symptoms of illness; the sensations and emotions suffered during an anxiety attack developed during human evolution in order to defend us all from danger but when no true danger is present in anxiety disorders, these physical modifications are outdated and worthless.

How Are Anxiety Symptoms Started?

Anxiety attacks symptoms are produced when the Amygdala, a tiny organ in the brain which regulates the anxiety response, gets ‘reset’ at a larger than appropriate level of anxiety. Whenever this unique reset comes about, the body becomes used to running at a increased than regular level of anxiety. You KNOW that it feels drastically wrong but because this reset has took place deep in your subconscious mind, there is very very little you can do about it unless of course you fully understand how.

Anxiety attacks symptoms subsequently arise when the body goes into ‘fight or flight’ and secretes the hormone adrenalin into the blood flow in order to set off every one of the bodily systems required to either run or fight danger.

The stomach and digestive tract slow down, breathing speeds up to send much more oxygen around the entire body, water is diverted to the muscle tissue for energy, the heart rate rises and muscles tense… these are just some of the changes which occur and all of these are the adjustments which result in anxiety attack symptoms to be developed.

All of the wooziness, speedy heart, shaking, fuzzy vision, digestive upset, smothering sensations or difficulty breathing and every single other feeling and thought you encounter are anxiety attack symptoms and not the symptoms of something unhealthy; they only feel that way.
