But as mentioned before, you need not listen to anyone who says self-hypnosis has to be carried out with you lying down, head over the pillow and covering yourself with your blanket. This concept is not correct at all.
All in all, it is perfectly safe to experience self-hypnosis. The natural and comfortable way of doing it will surely increase your good feelings, emotions and thoughts. If you get hold of it perfectly you can be in deep hypnotic state within half-a-minute! And this can happen anytime and anywhere.
